REFUNDS/RETURN POLICY/ FAQ'S

RETURN POLICY:

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR AN EXCHANGE FOR NEW OR  PRE-OWNED ITEMS ONLY STORE CREDIT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PURCHASED ITEM. 

All new and pre-owned final sale items are non-returnable for a store credit 

  1. Refunds. Fashion Reboot does not allow refunds. However, if an Item is not as described on the website such as size or condition Fashion Reboot, LLC will grant the customer a store credit not a refund.

  2. To receive the store credit the customer must return the item unworn with hangtag attached.  Fashion Reboot, LLC will not accept returned items that have been worn, washed, covered with make-up, smoke and fragrances.

  3. Customer is required to submit an email within 3 days of receiving their order indicating the purchase was not the correct size listed on the website or not in the condition that was described on the website. If customer submits the email after the 3days they will receive and email indicating the required time as expired and the item is not returnable to receive a store credit. Customer must email  their packing slip or order number and a photo of the item that was purchased showing the reason of the return for new or pre-owned items.  . 

  4. Once the email is  received with the required information Fashion Reboot, LLC will approve the request to return the item for processing.
Customers are responsible to return the item at their expense to Fashion Reboot, LLC location 15800 Pines Blvd #3054 Pembroke Pines, Florida 33027 . 
Shipping fees or taxes are not  reimbursed. 
  1. Upon receiving the return item it will be processed to be certain it is in the required conditions to receive a store credit. 
  2. If the item meet the requirements Fashion Reboot, LLC will send the customer a store credit in a Gift Certificate via email in the amount of the price that was listed on the website. Not including taxes or shipping fees. 

WE WILL ONLY GRANT A STORE CREDIT FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS FOR NEW AND PRE-OWNED ITEMS:

Incorrect size that was not in the description, the incorrect item, or not in the condition that was described on the website. 

WE WILL NOT GRANT STORE CREDIT FOR THE FOLLOWING:

Didn't like the style or color,  the item didn't fit although it was your size, or any personal reason that does not fit the descriptive reason of what we will GRANT for a store credit. 

Fashion Reboot, LLC reserve the right to refuse any returns in exchange for store credit, that does not meet the requirements.

1. Fashion Reboot, LLC carefully process and inspects all new and pre-owned items before shipping; to avoid shipping damaged merchandise. All returned items will be thoroughly inspected to determined if items have been worn or to inspect for  any damages, fragrance and smoke smells and any make-up smears.  If the returned item does not meet the requirements,  a store credit will not be granted to the customer.

Note: Be sure to insert the original packing slip for the processing staff to verify the order and to apply the store credit to the correct customer.  If the customer no longer has the  packing slip, don't panic. Include your order number, name and shipping address to confirm your order. 

A Fashion Reboot, LLC Gift Certificate will be sent via email to the customer to used as the store credit.  This does not include taxes or shipping fees.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Once Fashion Reboot, LLC have received the returned package, the store credit will be applied  within 3-5 business days. Customer will receive an email confirming the return has been processed and their store credit has been granted  
 
SHIPPING: 
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days
Fashion Reboot, LLC is  not responsible for delayed, lost or unclaimed orders.  Be certain the shipping address is correct to avoid lost packages. A tracking number will be sent via email when an order has been made to track the shipping route. 

 
SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs varies and is auto-calculated prior to payment.  Proceed to checkout and select the shipping options.  Local pick-up option is available to customers that reside in or near Pembroke Pines, Florida. Customer pick-up is only available on Saturdays by appointment during the hours of 10a-2pm. Customers must contact Fashion Reboot, LLC at 754-707-8006 M-F 9a-6pm or Saturday 10a-5pm to schedule an appointment.  
 
 
SHIPPING ETA
All orders are inspected, processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Once the order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival(ETA) is:
US Orders:
1. USPS standard shipping 5-7 business days.(Fashion Reboot, LLC not responsible for delays) 

2. Priority 4-5 business days

3. Express mail 1-2 business days (Guaranteed within 2 business days).

International Orders: Coming soon 
1. USPS Priority international mail (7-14 business days)

Coming Soon: International orders does not have a tracking number. Instead they have a customs form label number to inquire about the  package.
 

TRACK YOUR ORDER
